Returns & Right of Withdrawal

1. 14-day right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you (or someone you name) receive your order.

2. Products that can't be returned

Under the French Consumer Code (article L221-28), the right of withdrawal doesn't apply to:

• fresh and perishable products, which can deteriorate quickly: vegetables and fruit, milk, yogurt, cheese, paneer and other fresh products;
• sealed products opened after delivery, which can't be returned for health or hygiene reasons: opened food packs (rice, flour, spices, snacks…) and opened personal care products.

Other products can be returned if unopened, in their original, intact packaging.

3. How to withdraw

Tell us your decision before the deadline by emailing zorrogroup24@gmail.com or calling +33767966770, with your order number and the products concerned. Then send the products back within 14 days of telling us, or bring them back to our shop (30 bis Avenue de Québec, 93150 Le Blanc-Mesnil, France). Return costs are paid by you, unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake.

4. Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of being told about your withdrawal, using the payment method you used for the order, delivery costs included. We may wait until we have the products back (or proof you sent them) before refunding.

5. Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If a product arrives damaged, opened, past its date or isn't what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at zorrogroup24@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you at no cost to you — fresh products included.

6. Cancelling

If your order hasn't been prepared yet, write to us quickly and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
